Returns
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@usacaffe.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack your item securely and include a copy of your receipt.
- Ship your item to the address provided in your return authorization email
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item
is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund
within 2 days. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may
take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
