- Thank you for choosing USA CAFFE! We strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our fulfillment policy below.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1- 3 business days. This timeframe includes order verification, payment processing, quality checks and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options
- We use UPS as our general shipping carrier. Our outbound shipping area code is 44131.
There are 2 shipping options to choose from….
1. Standard Ground Shipping: You can check with UPS on your shipping time.
2. Expedited Shipping: You can check with UPS on your shipping time - Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected
at checkout.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight and dimensions of your order and the selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier or other delivery issues, we will reach out to you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional fees may apply.
